How the RTCG Customer Sentiment Score Works
The public dealership score is a 0–100 summary of sentiment expressed by customers in video reviews that have actually aired on Ralph The Car Guy.
Only aired videos count
Comments, invitations, rejected submissions and videos waiting for the show do not affect a dealership score.
AI organizes sentiment
The transcript is scored for overall experience and, when the customer actually discusses them, transparency, communication, sales, finance, delivery, value and likelihood to recommend.
Human editorial control
AI does not publish a review or dealership identity. Ralph/the RTCG team reviews the submission before it can air or affect a score.
The RTCG score reflects the aired-review sample on this platform. It is not a universal measure of every transaction at a dealership and should be considered alongside other information.
